Data center / cloud / on-premise
AI Concierge can be used flexibly – from the goodguys GmbH data center, from the customer’s data center, or from the customer’s private cloud. The service can also be installed on-premise in your data center on your systems.
Clear separation between web client and AI
To ensure that your data remains protected, we have introduced a technical separation between user data and the generative AI. The AI only receives the information it needs for processing—no further information, including personal data. Even if several questions are asked in succession, connections remain invisible to the AI. Your privacy is our top priority.
